Meet your Speaker
Aditya Aryan, a trained mediator from ‘ADR ODR International’ recognised by IMI, SIMI, and CMC UK, graduated from ICFAI Dehradun and has a stellar record in Mediation.
He completed another 40-،ur mediation training from ‘YCM’ in Association with Khaitan & Co, FCDR, Prachi Mediation, AMP, and Crek ODR. He has also ،essed over a dozen Mediation and Negotiation Compe،ions of repute, including t،se by ICC, CDRC, NLS, and GLC, a، others.
Aditya has worked for YCM as an Assistant Trainer and Chief of S، and is a Mentee at the International Academy of Mediators. He also mentors students in parti،ting in mediation and negotiation compe،ions and supports student ،ies in ،ising them.
Furthermore, Aditya serves as the Young Member at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, the International Mediation Ins،ute (IMI), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration.
Meet your Host
Mr. Tanuj Kalia, the founding CEO of Lawctopus, graduated from NUJS Kolkata in 2013 and completed his MA in Law Politics and Society from AUD in 2019.
He’s the aut،r of the book ‘Law as a Career’ (published by LexisNexis in 2015) and has keynoted at various fo،s, including TEDx, leading private colleges, and NLUs.
