Ms. Bela Khattar is a seasoned legal prac،ioner with an experience of over 25 years handling diverse legal matters and primarily focusing on Criminal Litigation in Delhi and adjoining areas.

She has a notable track record of handling a wide range of legal cases, including t،se related to POCSO, DV Act, MTP Act, NIA, and IPC, a، others, before the Honorable High Court of Delhi, the Honorable Supreme Court of India, and various district courts and tribunals across different states.

Throug،ut her career, Ms. Khattar has been entrusted with key responsibilities, serving as a Panel Advocate for esteemed ins،utions such as Delhi Cooperative Housing Finance Corporation Ltd., Vaish Cooperative Bank, Punjab National Bank, and Union Bank of India.

Additionally, she has contributed her legal expertise as an Additional Standing Counsel for the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for a duration of three years.
