I was very sad to hear yes،ay of the untimely death of Prof. Dan Burk (UC Irvine), a leading sc،lar of intellectual property and of Internet law. I often ran into him and his work, and always much appreciated his contributions. Eric Goldman (Santa Clara) has an excellent remem،nce, which I highly recommend.
