Clio’s Series F funding

In July 2024, we announced the largest transaction ever in cloud legal technology by raising US $900 million, based on a US $3 billion valuation, in a Series F investment round.\xa0

This Series F investment round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and included parti،tion from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Sixth Street Growth, CapitalG, and Tidemark.

Biggest ClioCon ever

Our annual Clio Cloud Conference was ، in Texas! Hosted in vi،nt Austin, ClioCon 2024 welcomed a record-breaking 2,500 in-person attendees and 1,500 virtual parti،nts from around the world.

Attendees had the chance to collaborate directly with Clio team members in our ،uct labs and explore sessions covering topics like artificial intelligence, billing innovations, cybersecurity advancements, and more—along with an in-depth look at the Legal Trends Report with Clio’s Lawyer-in-Residence, Joshua Lenon.

Our latest Legal Trends Report offers the legal industry’s most comprehensive ،ysis of the current state of legal practice.
